When you make a booking with us, we collect and process the following personal information:

• Name and contact details (including email address, phone number, and country of residence)
• Number of guests in your party and the names of party members
• Any special requests or notes you provide at the time of booking

All personal information we hold is provided to us directly by you when you complete the Genévrier Booking Form on our website.

We collect this information in order to:

• Process and manage your accommodation booking
• Contact you regarding your reservation, including sending booking confirmation and invoices
• Ensure we can accommodate your party correctly and meet any reasonable requests

We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), our lawful basis for processing your information is contractual obligation — we need your information in order to fulfil the holiday rental agreement between us.

How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely in electronic format, accessible only to the owners of Genévrier.

We keep your personal information for one year following the end of your stay. After this period, your data is securely deleted.
